IR Industrial Inspection Camera Supplier - CIU Co., Ltd.
The inspection camera is one of the equipment for visual inspection; it is a process of checking an object using the naked eye to look for defects. But a success of non-destructive inspection depends on the surface conditions and the lighting.
In order to let customer implement diagnostics in totally dark place, CIU developed 4 way articulation IR inspection cameras (invisible or visible IR) with various size handheld DVR.
Night vision product is able to see in very low light conditions, using active NIR illumination that cannot be perceived by the human eye. IR cameras are widely used in industrial, scientific, and medical applications.
In the market, there are 850nm and 940nm Infrared IR camera. We are using the 850nm infrared LED for industrial inspection camera although 850nm is closer to the visible spectrum, and it's much easier to see a dull red glow in darkness; 940nm is more invisible at night and further from the visible spectrum. But 940nm IR LED makes camera sensor less sensitivity.
