The CVS-15 1080P 3.9/6.2mm 4-Way Articulating Videoscope is a professional handheld inspection camera designed to examine confined, curved and difficult-to-access areas without dismantling machinery or equipment. Combining Full HD recording, precise joystick-controlled articulation and a durable flexible probe, it helps industrial, aviation, automotive and security professionals identify internal problems more efficiently while reducing inspection time, equipment downtime and maintenance costs.
Precise Access to Confined and Curved Areas
The probe tip can be controlled in four directions using an easy-to-operate joystick. Its 360-degree articulation, compact 32 mm steering radius and bending angle of up to 210 degrees—depending on probe length—allow operators to navigate around bends, internal components and complex structures.
The CVS-15 is available with a slim 3.9 mm probe for narrow openings or a versatile 6.2 mm probe for general inspection applications. Flexible stainless-steel probes are available in 1 m, 2 m and 3 m lengths. The tungsten-woven mesh camera head and IP67-rated probe provide additional durability for demanding inspection environments.
Full HD Recording and Computer Viewing
A 5-inch IPS monitor with 1280 × 720 display resolution provides clear real-time viewing. The videoscope captures JPG photographs and MOV videos at resolutions up to 1920 × 1080, enabling users to document defects, internal conditions and inspection results for maintenance reports, quality-control records or investigative evidence.
PC software is included, allowing the CVS-15 videoscope to be connected to a computer for viewing inspection images on a larger screen. This function is useful for detailed examination, team review, technical analysis and professional reporting.
Six front LEDs with four adjustable brightness levels illuminate dark cavities. A 90-degree field of view, 15–100 mm depth of field, 1X/2X/4X digital zoom, image rotation and camera-temperature display further support accurate visual inspection.
